What information do we hold about you?

Where is this information kept?
All written records containing sensitive data are kept in a folder on the premises and inputted onto sage 50 software with AVG spyware, accessible to 1 member of office staff and directors only. All email orders are archived within outlook. Premises are alarmed when not occupied.
Why do we keep this information?
All sensitive data is limited to what we need and allows us to contact you regarding your order and showcase our work (with your permission)
What will we use it for?
Any information give will be used solely for the purpose for which it was collected. Your data is not for sale to any person or organisation.
Who will this be shared with?
The only sensitive data that will be shared with anyone are the photos which we need permission to post to social media. You can choose for images to have no personal tag and be anonymous.
How long will we keep information for?
Unless you choose for us to delete or destroy your data at any time we will hold sensitive data for 1 year after your order. After this period the information will be destroyed from the file but may still remain on sage unless instructed to delete.
